The reason most
people come to Montserrat (even now) is because it offers a unique
combination of security, beauty, great people, and fantastic real
estate deals.
Security:
with an extremely low crime rate, there is no need for bars on doors
and windows -- you can go into your garden or go shopping without
having to lock up real tight. We leave keys in cars and car doors
unlocked....it's a different kind of world from most other places.
Beauty: hard
to describe and I have been told that I am "over-selling" when I try
to talk about our experiences and feelings. We love Montserrat and
have loved our home.

Montserrat is famous for the kindness and friendliness of its
people.
Fantastic real estate deals: Because of our volcano (which appears much worse
from the outside), real-estate prices are extremely low.

rebuilding and life goes on.
